Yes, you can enjoy this experience from 16 years old, as long as you are accompanied by a responsible adult.
How long is the experience?
90 minutes
In what language does the experience take place?
At the moment only in Spanish and Catalan and English (with prior notice)
Can I reserve for today?
Just in the case of having a free session, call us and we will see what we can do.
Can I book by email or by calling?
All the bookings must be done on the web. (if you want book in english write us info@arcanum.es)
What if I have already booked and someone else comes at the end?
Do not worry, as long as you notify before entering (via e-mail or telephone). You can pay the difference in cash at our facilities. Always being the maximum a group of 6 people .
In the case of fewer people than those booked, the amount indicated in the reservation must be paid.

Can I give a gift voucher?
Yes, by selecting the "gift voucher" box that you will find in the reservations section of our website.
This way you can give a gift to a friend or family member!
Choosing the day that best suits you within a maximum period of one year from the day of purchase.
How to redeem the gift voucher?
In the reservations section, putting the code sent through the email provided at the time of purchase.

Is MYSTERY mode scary?
It is important to warn that even if you choose Mystery, it is still an Escape Room of Terror, therefore there are effects that could make you have a bad time, for more info call us and we will adapt to your group.

What if we are late?
After 5 minutes of delay, game time will begin to be subtracted. If you are 10 minutes late the session can be canceled .
Is it the same game as ARCANUM 1?
NO, we are located in the same place but we have reconditioned all our facilities to create another completely different horror experience but with the same essence as the first room.

Why don't we recommend 6 people?
Although we personally do not recommend 6 players, the game is fully adapted and you can enjoy it 100% !
We do not recommend it because the intensity is lost, and because communication between 6 people to relate evidence is more complicated.
