– You accept that the Internet is not completely secure. ARCANUM ESCAPE ROOM S.L. will take all appropriate measures to protect the security of your payments and debit/credit card information, although ARCANUM will not be responsible for any damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.

– The minimum age to make a reservation is 14 years old accompanied by an adult in TENSION mode and 16 years old accompanied by an adult in TERROR mode. – You are solely responsible for entering your data correctly in the online reservation form by submitting a reservation form that guarantees ARCANUM that all data provided by you are true and accurate.

– You will receive confirmation of your reservation via email.

– Online reservations can only be made a certain number of hours in advance.

– The reservation becomes void and the entry will be rejected if the team arrives within 10 minutes. In such a situation, the money is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be changed. Access will also not be allowed to the player or players who come to the venue once their group has already started playing.

-Once the reservation is made, it is final. No changes, cancellations or rescheduling are allowed.

- Force Majeure. ARCANUM ESCAPE ROOM S.L. is not responsible for delays or obstructions that cause delay of your arrival whether caused by bad weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic jams, civil unrest or any other reason. It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time according to your reservation.

–Gift voucher: we have gift vouchers so that the recipient can choose the session that is convenient for them according to the availability of the calendar on our website. Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Once the bonus expires, it cannot be used or claimed.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

–The price is €95 (VAT included) for teams of 2 players, €105 (VAT included) for teams of 3 players, €112 (VAT included) for teams of 4 players, €135 ( VAT included) for teams of 5 players, and €156 (VAT included) for teams of 6 players.

– Reservations are only made online on the ARCANUM website, and payment can be made by credit/debit card.

– A partial payment will be made at the time of booking.

– The difference in price will not be refunded if fewer people attend than those who had reserved. – If more people finally come to play than those listed in the reservation (without in any case exceeding the capacity of each room), the difference must be paid in cash at the end of the experience.

– Each ARCANUM ESCAPE ROOM S.L. player You will be instructed before the game by a Game Master and will participate in the game at your own risk. Furthermore, ARCANUM is not responsible for damages (personal or equipment) caused by misuse of the game room or by not following the rules described before the game.

– If the team is 15 or more minutes late from the original time of their reservation, it becomes a void reservation and they will not be able to make their game.

– People under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs may be refused and their reservation becomes void. ARCANUM ESCAPE ROOM S.L. It reserves the right of admission.

-The game has a horror theme, so it is not recommended for sensitive people, easily impressionable people, epileptics, pregnant women in an advanced state of pregnancy and people with cardiovascular problems. Each player participates under his/her own responsibility.

-The entry of drinks or food is not allowed.

-ARCANUM recommends players wear comfortable clothing for the game and is not responsible for stained, damaged or deteriorated clothing or footwear as a result of performing the activity. They will have at their disposal a place where they must deposit all their belongings, including mobile phones.

-The facilities are equipped with cameras that allow live viewing of the activity so that the game master can monitor the game. In no case do they record the images.

CANCELLATION POLICY

.– Once the reservation is made, returns are not accepted. If you want a change, contact us 48 hours before the reservation, otherwise this will not be possible.

– No refund will be made in case of cancellation or inability to attend.
